Indoor Air Quality Products

You and your family are precious, so don’t overlook their safety when it comes to the air they breathe on a daily basis. Indoor air quality (or IAQ) can be affected by gasses or contaminants that can negatively affect your family. Some of these pollutants include dust, pollen, pet dander, carbon monoxide, radon, mold, and bacteria.

With the proper IAQ products, you can clear your home’s air and make it a safer place to live. We strongly suggest the GuardianPlus Whole House HEPA Air Filtration System. If you or your family suffer from allergies or asthma, this is one of the best solutions to help prevent flare-ups and reduce outbreaks.

Water Conditioning Systems

The build up of scale within your water system can restrict the flow of water through pipes and faucets, reducing the efficiency of your hot water heater.

Unlike softeners which use salt to flush out hard minerals, Aqua-Pure systems do not add salt and they let you choose just how much of your water you want to treat.

These filters don’t soften water. The AP430 filter is a hot water system protector that prevents dissolved minerals from adhering to pipes and hot water system surfaces. It uses an exclusive FDA approved food ingredient called “Siliphos.”

Energy Saving Tips

Change Your Filters: Changing your furnace filter monthly will increase efficiency

Don’t Half-Fill Your Loads: Make sure that when you run the dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, etc. that you have a full load. This saves the number of total loads you have to do and reduces your water and energy bills.

Turn Down the Heat: If you turn down your water heater temperature from 120 to 115 degrees, you can save over 10% on your water heating bill. AND if you have a programmable thermostat, turning down the heat in your home while you’re away can save you 10% as well.

Seal It Up: Protect against drafts throughout your home by caulking or weather stripping doors, windows, ducting, vents, fans, or any other place that may let in cool air.

Low-Flow: You can reduce hot water usage by 50% if you install a flow-restricting showerhead.
