Keystone Energy Efficiency Program Home Energy Loan
PA customers can receive special, reduced-rate financing from 4.99% APR through the Keystone Energy Efficiency Program (KEEP) Home Energy Loan for qualifying HVAC and related energy improvements. Finance qualifying project costs with no penalties for pre-payment and no lien on your home. Applications received July 1, 2025, through September 30, 2025, or until allocated program funds are exhausted, will automatically qualify for the following rates:
- 4.99% for 36 months
- 6.99% for 60 months
- 7.99% for 120 months
