Over the past few years, while talking to customers and explaining the benefits of having a service contract with a “Full-Service” oil company, we realized the need to expand the existing service coverage to meet a growing variety of consumer needs. Our primary concern is to bring you peace-of-mind.

Plan A – Annual Cleaning and Servicing

Annual Cleaning:

Having your Heating System tuned-up to peak efficiency can:

• Save 10% annually in Fuel costs
• Extend life of your Heating System
• Prevent unexpected breakdowns

Servicing:

• 15% off repairs on existing units – Apgar Value Added Coverage Included!
• Brush & vacuum clean Heat Exchanger
• Clean Chimney Base
• Check Chimney draft
• Replace Oil Filter
• Combustion efficiency test
• Oil tank inspection & evaluation
• Heating system performance rating

Lubricate:

• Burner Motor
• Blower Motor
• Circulator Water Pump

Indoor oil tanks:

• Flush and remove blockage from oil line.
  • Includes changing of filter, nozzle & pump screen if possible at no charge.

Maximum Labor Allowance 2 hours. Cost of replacement parts to be billed separately. Service calls to be billed hourly. Time and a half will be billed for service calls on weekdays after 4:30pm, weekends, or legal holidays. Clean-out and adjustment must be completed before May 31st of Calendar year.

Plan D – Deluxe Insured Parts & Service Plus Annual Tune-Up of Your Heating System

Clean & Service Unit:

• Annual oil burner tune-up (Plan A)
• Combustion efficiency test
• Oil tank inspection & evaluation
• Heating system performance rating
• 15% off repairs on existing units – Apgar Value Added Coverage Included!

Emergency Coverage:

• 24 hours a day – 7 days a week
