Apgar Oil Company Inc. is a locally owned family business. We have been delivering fuel oil and installing heating and air conditioning equipment in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas since 1947. We are “Active” members of the Better Home Heat Council of the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania Petroleum Association (PPA), Petroleum Marketers Association of America (PMAA) and the National Oil Heat Research Alliance (NORA). Our long-standing memberships in the Lehigh County Chamber of Commerce, Two Rivers Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau of the Lehigh Valley; encourages a high standard of conduct to best serve our customers interest.

Gold Certification

The technical service staff of Apgar Oil Company
are highly trained and certified by the PPA and the Better Home Heat Council Oil Heat Technical School. Several staff members achieved the National “Gold” oil heat certification administered by Ferris-State University, Brook Haven National Laboratory and PMAA. The “Gold” certification is the highest level of competency for an oil-technician. To enhance our knowledge and provide customers with the best in oil-heat service, our service group attends many hands-on technical schools and monthly service meetings throughout the year.

How to Locate Our Show Room's and Office

From Rt. 22 and North:
- Take Airport Road South to Union Blvd.
- Turn Right on Union Blvd to Fenwick.
- Turn Right on Fenwick and look for Apgar Oil on Left.

From the West:
- Take the Tilghman Street Bridge cross the Lehigh River on to Union Blvd. - Turn Left on Gilmore to Highland. Turn Left on Highland to Fenwick.
- Turn Right on Fenwick and look for Apgar Oil on Left.
